What motivates you?

Does your firm offer a rotation? If so, what does it look like for summer students and articling students?

Regular articling students do two equal rotations—one in litigation, and one in business (aka solicitors’ work). Summer students do the same over a much shorter time frame.

What is one piece of advice you would give to a 1l?

Start strong. First year grades matter.
